OTG’s Payment Terms:
The MOV (Minimum Order Value) for each Purchase Order is 35.00 GBP

Your first order will be on a ProForma basis. Following the completion of which we would be pleased to open a 30-day payment account for your company. To enable this to happen we would be grateful to receive from you the following information:

The full name and address of your company.
Company Registration number
Company VAT Number
Telephone & Fax details for your Purchasing Department together with contact names in the department.
Telephone & Fax details for your Accounts together with contact names in the department.
Delivery address, telephone & fax number & contact name.
Full bank details.***
Two trade references

All goods are supplied Ex-Works. Carriage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

When using your own Courier/ transporting supplier we will need the following information:

The name of your chosen Courier
Your International Account number with this Courier.
Please also supply UK contact details for your chosen Courier.

For UK customers, where we do not receive Courier information, Carriage Charges will be added to each Purchase Order as set out below:

Deliveries:

Customers must acknowledge the receipt of goods within 14 days of the dispatch date.
Discrepancies in deliveries quantities must be advised by fax to 01 732 780859 or email to sales@otg-ltd.com within 72 hours of delivery otherwise the goods shall be deemed to have been delivered in whole, complete, without discrepancy and fit for purpose and payment therefore shall be required in full.***
14 Days after dispatch, un-acknowledged deliveries will be deemed to have been received by the customer.

Proof of Delivery:

Our Courier has advised us that delivery details are not kept on their system for longer than 3 months. Accordingly we cannot accept requests for Proof of Delivery beyond this period.

Title of goods supplied:

Complete ownership and retention of titles for the goods supplied remains with OTG Ltd. until such time as full payment has been received. All payments made must identify the invoice under payment and if not in full satisfaction of the invoice the invoice and pert or order numbers appearing thereon for which payment is being made. Any payments failing to identify as required shall be applied on an historical basis against any of the customer’s outstanding invoices and in the order of the items appearing thereon.***
